If for whatever reason you have to manually install the drivers for the Insignia NS-PCY5BMA2 Bluetooth adapter the drivers below are for the chipset BCM20702A0 that is used by this device, but before you do make sure you have updated windows drivers for the OS first, as there most likely will be an update in their for the device. I ended up using the Windows Default Bluetooth drivers because there is no driver for these devices, pure and simple.
